We humans actually believe all others’ word over the seller’s word..

We believe our friend’s word way over any seller..

And the way she’s talking about it is giving you a nudge to also get yours..

Not from another person but the same seller..

Because you know you will also get firsthand experience like a family..

Instead of a buyer..

And this is simply called the word of mouth marketing…

We have all heard of it but we rarely do it..

And in sales and marketing…

Common sense is really not common..

You know what you should do but you just won’t do it..

And that being said..

How do you incorporate word of mouth marketing into your business?

Simple..

1. Sell the best product or provide the best services

2. Have a good and crazy customer satisfaction follow up…

Make them feel like a family..

Treat them well

3. Handle complaints like a normal person..

Some sellers handle complaints with disgust..

C’mon, you should even thank anybody that complained..

What about those that won’t complain but you will never see them again?

Exactly..

Appreciate complaints and work around the clock to get it fixed..

4. Write your sales message from the testimonial point…

This is exactly what’s killing it right now..

Write like the third party that’s really crazy about your product and support..

Rave about your product from a third party point..

And you will see a surge in your sales..
