How do you stay relevant?

Most times, running a business can be daunting and stressful

And when you are not making sales?

It can really be frustrating and annoying.

You will start doubting yourself and the validity of that business.

You will even start thinking your village people is at work on your matter.

And heck, you will start thinking of the head you have because others are making money with this business model.

And when I say business, I am talking about all businesses including high-income skills.

But you need to realize there’s always a trying time in business.

And if you remember what I said in one of my emails sometime back…

I said life is full of ups and downs.

And the same is business too.

Most especially if you are just starting that business.

The first 3 to 6 months can be so frustrating with no sales and no customers.

And you then boom from the 6th month.

But in some rare cases, immediately they start a business.

They start making sales and getting customers.

But there’s always a clause here.

And after studying a lot of businesses, I knew this to be true.

There will be downtime in the business too.

It’s more like they are running away from their own trying times which isn’t possible.

So in essence, there will always be trying times in your business.

It’s now left to you to stay strong and do the necessary things to stay relevant.

And how do you stay relevant?

Simple.

  • If you are having problems with sales, then take a sales course.

  • If your adverts are not converting, then take an advertisement course.

  • If you don’t know how to write words that sell, then take a copywriting course.

  • So anything you feel you are lagging in, take a course to boost your knowledge.

Invest in your knowledge and your business will soar faster than others.

And if you think you don’t have money to invest…

And you want to make money.

Then you should stop being a joker and get a job.

I won’t mince words because without money…

Running a business is hard.

Very hard.

But I am not here to scare you or something.

I just like saying the truth regardless of how bitter it is.

And here’s to a nice weekend,

Dolapo Hamzat.
